The CMI Helpdesk is a Remote Control application that will allow our support staff to remotely view and control your desktop during a support session. The compact CMI_Helpdesk executable does not require installation and does not make use of the system registry.
To run, just click the CMI Helpdesk link to the left...
Open/Run the application when prompted. If necesary, download to your desktop and then Double-Click to run. Your CMI Support Representative will instruct you as to which Support Session to select to establish the Remote Control Session.
